Surplus Sites, LLC is staffed with commercial and residential real estate professionals. Most of our staff members have over 20 years of experience on the East Coast ranging from sales and leasing to development - shopping centers, new stores for major retail clients, office buildings, residential subdivisions and mixed use projects. We are Surplus Property Disposition professionals who have successfully terminated, sold or subleased properties throughout the East Coast for over 15 years. Current and former clients include major retailers - Rite Aid, Walgreens, Dollar General, and others. Additional clients include landlords/ property owners who have utilized our Estate Disposition Management Services. These services are uniquely designed to quickly take vacant property that can often be a liability, i.e., in disrepair, and transform it into an asset that can be leased or sold to maximize profit.
